This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo) based in Portugal.

  • We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Manager with strong Klaviyo expertise to drive engaging, high-performing campaigns for established direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands.
  • In this full-time, fully remote role, you will take ownership of email marketing projects from planning and copywriting to campaign execution and performance.
  • You will build and optimize campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups that strengthen customer relationships and generate measurable revenue.
  • Beyond email, you will contribute to broader customer communication initiatives, including WhatsApp and direct mail campaigns.
  • Working closely with designers and company leadership, you will manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
  • You will also use modern AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and focus more on strategy, creativity, and results.
