加入研華硬體系統工程部門，成為推動智慧製造與 AIoT 創新應用的關鍵力量。您將以 系統整合者 的角色，串聯機構、熱流、電子設計團隊，主導工業電腦從設計驗證到量產上市的完整歷程，打造高效能、穩定可靠的嵌入式解決方案。

部門未來將聚焦於邊緣運算、低功耗系統與雲端整合，廣泛應用於智慧城市、智慧醫療及工業 4.0 場景，持續強化研華在全球市場的技術領先與品牌影響力。

【價值與使命】

系統工程部門是研華科技的核心技術支柱，負責整合硬體設計、組裝測試與認證驗證，推動工業物聯網（IIoT）與智慧製造的創新應用。系統工程師是專案成功的關鍵推手——您將肩負 專案 TTM （Time-to-Market ）的最終責任 ，確保產品在時程、品質、成本三角中達到最佳平衡，為客戶創造穩定高效的應用價值。

【主要工作內容】

1. 跨領域系統整合

  • 與 ME（機構）、TE（熱流）工程師協同，確認組裝順序、卡件干涉、散熱配置等系統層級議題
  • 協助 EE（電子）團隊進行 Layout Review、安規相關設計確認，把關設計品質

2. 測試驗證與效能把關

  • 規劃並架設測試系統，執行系統層級效能測試
  • 主導 EMC/EMI 測試與 Debug，外出實驗室 Pre-scan 並協同除錯
  • 統籌其他安規測試項目，跟催與審閱 Certification Report

3. Cable 與訊號完整性

  • 規劃系統內部 Cable 走線、進行設計發包，並確認 Sample 品質符合設計需求
  • 高速信號線打樣與品質管控

4. 專案管理

擔任專案 TTM 推進者，協調各功能單位確保里程碑達成

【必要條件】

  • 電機 / 電子 / 通訊相關科系
  • 具備閱讀 Datasheet、判讀電路圖與 Layout 的能力
  • 熟悉 OrCAD、Allegro、Office 軟體
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生投遞；具工業電腦、系統整合、EMC 測試相關經驗者尤佳

【加分條件】

  • 具備 EMC/Safety 法規（CE、FCC、UL 等）認知
  • 熟悉高速訊號（PCIe、USB、DDR 等）量測與分析
  • 具備跨部門溝通協調經驗
