Job Title ： Embedded Software Engineer (MCU platform)

岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

• •基于英飞凌 AURIX TC297/TC397 平台进行嵌入式软件开发。
• •基于 RTOS 开发和维护网络通信模块（TCP/IP、UDP、Ethernet）。
• •负责 Ethernet、CAN 等通信功能开发与调试。
• •负责基于Ethernet/CAN通信外设驱动开发与调试
• •负责通信链路问题定位与分析（抓包、日志分析、现场问题复现）。
• •开发和维护自动化测试及诊断工具（Python/Shell等）。
• •与系统、硬件及测试团队协同完成接口设计和系统集成。

任职要求（Required Qualifications）

• •计算机、通信、自动化、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• •熟悉英飞凌 TC297、TC397 或其他 Cortex-R/M、TriCore MCU 开发。
• •熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程。
• •熟悉 RTOS 开发，具备任务调度、同步机制、内存管理等相关经验。
• •熟悉 Ethernet/CAN 通信开发，掌握 TCP/IP、J1939等基础协议。
• •熟悉 MCU 外设开发，包括 SPI、UART、CAN、Ethernet 等。
• •具备良好的软件调试能力
• •熟悉嵌入式软件架构设计和模块化开发。

加分项（Nice to Have）

• •具备 FreeRTOS、AUTOSAR OS、SafeRTOS 等 RTOS 使用经验。
• •具备 RTOS 移植（Porting）经验，包括：
• •启动代码（Startup）开发。
• •具备多核 MCU（如 TC397）开发经验。
• •有汽车电子、工程机械、机器人等领域项目经验者优先
