## TO DO'S

  • Zusammen mit deinem Team entwickelst du Softwarelösungen im Embedded- und IoT -Umfeld.
  • Du automatisierst Engineering-Prozesse im Hinblick auf die Integration, Qualitätssicherung und Bereitstellung von Software.
  • Du entwickelst und integrierst KI-gestützte Workflows mit Coding Agents , beispielsweise für Codegenerierung, Code Reviews und Testautomatisierung.
  • Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg\*innen und interdisziplinären Teams bringst du deine Ideen in unterschiedliche Kundenprojekte ein.
  • Du entwickelst dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiter und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für eigene technische Lösungen.

## DEINE SKILLS

  • Freude daran, sich in neue technische Themen einzuarbeiten und eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Programmierkenntnisse in C, C++, Python o.ä. sowie erste Erfahrungen mit KI-gestützten Coding-Werkzeugen (z.B. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
  • Hohes Interesse an automatisierten Build-, Test- und Integrationsabläufen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (technischer) Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Embedded Systems o.ä
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließendes Englisch
