Job Description

About the role

As EMEA Global Facilities Excellence & Utilities Engineer , you will lead the deployment of BD Excellence across Global Facilities Operations, establishing enterprise standards, governance, and performance management systems.

Main responsibilities will include:

• •Lead cross-functional efforts related to technical issues, change management, and site strategies.
• •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• •Develop strategies for maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• •Conduct Continuous Improvement Kaizen Blitz events.
• •Establish and implement engineering standards.
• •Support Facility and Continuous Improvement activities across BD.
• •Monitor utility systems to ensure efficient operations.
• •Develop, review, and update SOPs, TGDs, and WPs.
• •Lead critical capital project activities for facilities.
• •Enforce FDA, GXP, and GLP requirements.

Salary range for this role: £75000 - £85,000 per annum. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and business considerations

About you

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 10+ years of experience in Facilities, Utilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Reliability leadership. You're a strategic problem solver with a proven track record in utility systems and infrastructure operations. You possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, are self-motivated, and have experience with CMMS, BMS, Energy Management Systems, and asset reliability programs.

Travel requirements:

Must be prepared to work outside normal business hours for certain facilities operations projects, events and/or emergencies.
