Midcoast Animal Emergency Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Emergency Veterinarian to our team as a part-time associate. At our Rarebreed clinic, you’ll join a tight-knit collaborative team environment that provides high-quality emergency and urgent care to pets throughout Midcoast Maine while enjoying the lifestyle that drew so many veterinarians to New England in the first place. What You’ll Experience

Emergency Veterinarian

Midcoast Animal Emergency Clinic in Warren, ME

Eligible for various customized incentive options

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically

Collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians

Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field

Advise animal owners about sanitary measures, feeding, and general care to promote the health of animals

BENEFITS

Base salary ( $92,500 - $100,000) with production

REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree or equivalent degree required

2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a Veterinary Hospital setting is preferred

Internship training is also preferred but not required

Ability to attain ME Veterinary License
