Die Praxis Awah C. Akuma sucht ab 01.11.2026 eine Empfangskraft/-in (m/w/b) in Teilzeit, Mini –oder Midijob.

Hausarztpraxis Awah C. Akuma existiert seit 01.07.2021 und befindet sich im südlichen Teil von Dortmund. Herr Akuma ist Facharzt für innere Medizin und als Hausarzt tätig. Wir bieten die medizinische Grundversorgung an. Wir haben geregelte Arbeitszeiten und ein entspanntes, familiäres Arbeitsklima mit flacher Hierachie.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Empfangskraft von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung . Eine entsprechende Erfahrung als Empfangskraft von Vorteil.

Wir möchten, dass Sie sich bei der Arbeit wohl fühlen und auf die delegierte Aufgaben konzentrieren

Ihre Aufgaben sind u.a.:

  • Patienten in Empfang nehmen und beraten
  • Telefondienst
  • Versicherte Karte einlesen
  • Termine Vereinbaren
  • Allgemeine anfallende Helfertätigkeiten in der Praxis , faxen, kopieren ,Schriftverkehr, Dokumentation

  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten, kein Teildienst, keine Saisonbeschäftigung ( Am Mo Dienstag Mittwoch und Freitag nach Vereinbarung von 08:00 - 14 Uhr und Donnerstag von 08-12Uhr und von 14:Uhr - 16:30Uhr)
