HOCHKANT FILM ist eine international tätige Filmproduktion mit Schwerpunkt Automotive. Wir produzieren Werbe- und Imagefilme für TV, Social Media und Kino.

Für den Empfang/Backoffice bieten wir ab sofort eine Teilzeitstelle in Festanstellung für 4 Tage pro Woche von 9:00–13:00 Uhr. Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.

Du bist organisiert, kommunikativ und behältst gerne den Überblick. Du kümmerst Dich um klassische Backoffice-Aufgaben wie Kurierbestellungen, Hotel- und Zugbuchungen, Kostenvergleiche, Terminabsprachen mit Handwerkern, Postbearbeitung, Online-Einkäufe, Handkasse und bist Anlaufstelle für alle Belange unserer Mitarbeiter. Eine Halbtagsstelle vormittags passt gut zu deiner aktuellen Lebenssituation.

Mit Excel und Word fühlst Du Dich sicher. Telefonate auch auf Englisch bringen Dich nicht aus der Ruhe. Falls Du zusätzlich Lust auf Social Media hättest: umso besser.

  • Ein freundliches, offenes Miteinander, unterschiedlichste Aufgaben und ein Arbeitsplatz zentral in München/Neuhausen. Du bekommst Einblicke in eine Werbefilmproduktion und arbeitest in einer Branche, die selten langweilig wird.
