Für unsere moderne und familiäre Zahnarztpraxis in Kiel-Wik suchen wir ab sofort ein neues Teammitglied.

die unser engagiertes Team mit Erfahrung, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität ergänzt.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • ✅ Begrüßung und Betreuen der Patientinnen und Patienten beim Betreten der Praxis
  • ✅ Koordination von Terminen, Terminbestätigung und -erinnerungen
  • ✅ Aufnahme von Patientendaten, Versicherungskarten und neuer Patientenakten
  • ✅ Verwaltung des Terminplans, Telefon- und E-Mail-Kommunikation
  • ✅ Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Ordnung des Wartezimmers und Bereitstellung von Informationsmaterial

Der Empfang ist die Schnittstelle zwischen Patient, Praxis und Behandlungsablauf – sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, gute Kommunikation und freundlichen Service.

  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • ✅ Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ✅ Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Assistenz oder Verwaltung
  • ✅ Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten
  • ✅ Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Beruf
  • ✅ Kenntnisse einer zahnmedizinischen Fachkraft (ZFA, ZMP, DH) wünschenswert
