### Wir suchen ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Empfang für ein Objekt in Hildesheim in Teilzeit.

Sie sollten folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

  • mindestens Unterrichtung nach §34 a (von Vorteil)
  • einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
  • gepflegtes Äußeres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Computerkenntnisse erforderlich
  • sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Folgende Aufgaben sind zu erfüllen:

  • Abwicklung Besucher, Lieferanten, Bringdienste
  • Einfahrt- und Ausfahrtkontrolle mit Protokollierung
  • Datenverarbeitung
  • Bedienung der Telefonanlage (Annahme und Weiterleiten von Gesprächen)
  • Schlüsselverwaltung
  • Auf- und Verschluss des Objektes

Schichtsystem rollierend Montag bis Freitag

  • 05:30 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr
  • 13:00 Uhr bis 20:30 Uhr
  • 07:00 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr

monatliches Stundenvolumen: 100 Std. (TZ)
