eine Empfangskraft (m/w/d)

zur Mitarbeit in unserem Notariat.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört Telefondienst, Betreuung des Empfangs, Unterstützung der Anwälte und Notare.

Das bringen Sie mit:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung

Idealerweise verfügen Sie Erfahrung am Empfang

Sie arbeiten selbständig, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert.

Sie sind kommunikativ und arbeiten gerne im direkten Kontakt mit Mandanten.
