Für den Empfangsbereich einer Maschinenfabrik in Köln-Ehrenfeld suchen wir motivierte Empfangskräfte (m/w/d).

Montag–Samstag im Schichtdienst (06:00–14:00 Uhr / 14:00–22:00 Uhr)

Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Besucher und Gäste, betreuen die Telefonzentrale und unterstützen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Besucherempfang und -betreuung
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale (teilweise auf Englisch)
  • Postbearbeitung
  • Kleine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten
  • Buchen von Besprechungsräumen und Eindeckung im kleinen Rahmen

  • Wünschenswert: Unterrichtung nach §34a GewO
