Wir suchen eine nette emphatische Mitarbeiterin, die unseren Therapeuten bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit unterstützen kann. (Erfahrung im ärztlichen oder therapeutischen Bereich ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.) Eine gute Einarbeitung mit der schrittweisen Übernahme von Aufgaben findet statt.

Die Aufgaben sind :

  • Telefonservice
  • Terminplanung
  • Unterstützung der Rezeptprüfung und Vorbereitung
  • der Abrechnung
  • Rechnungswesen
  • Buchhaltung
  • Praxismarketing
  • Praxismanagment

EDV Kenntnisse sind notwendig.

  • Sie arbeiten ca. 4 Tage / Woche.
  • Die Wochentage sind flexibel und in Absprache mit uns zu treffen. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit liegt zwischen 15-20 Std. und soll halb vormittags und halb nachmittags erfolgen, in Absprache mit einer weiteren Kollegin.
