  • GOLDMANN Personaldienste fokussiert sich auf den nationalen sowie internationalen Arbeitsmarkt und bringt BewerberInnen und Unternehmen zusammen. Für ein Logistikunternehmen suchen wir am Standort Roth ab sofort, in Vollzeit, langfristig und mit der Option auf Übernahme neue MitarbeiterInnen.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Fahrern sowie Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Fahrer
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung eingehender Anrufe
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Einscannen von Lieferscheinen und Versanddokumenten
  • Sendungsverfolgung sowie Überprüfung des aktuellen Paket- und Lieferstatus
  • Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Versandunterlagen
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Fahrern, Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Organisation und Koordination am Empfang
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kaufmännischen Bereich oder Erfahrung im genannten Bereich
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • PKW wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeitszeit von 7:00 Uhr - 15:00 Uhr
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit wird vorausgesetzt
  • Eine sehr genaue und sichere Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt
