Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Physiotherapiepraxis ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Rezeptionskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patienten
  • Terminvergabe und Telefonmanagement
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Heilmittelverordnungen
  • Rezeptabrechnung mit den Krankenkassen
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Organisationsaufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Praxisteams im täglichen Ablauf

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Verwaltungsbereich einer Physiotherapie-, Arzt- oder Gesundheitspraxis
  • Kenntnisse in der Rezeptabrechnung und im Umgang mit Heilmittelverordnungen
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Praxisprogrammen und MS Office von Vorteil
