Ihre Aufgaben:
Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste
Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste
Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Anfragen und Buchungen
Annahme und Weiterleitungen von Telefonaten und Emails
Beratung der Gäste über mögliche Hotelangebote und Sehenswürdigkeiten aus der Umgebung
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Kassenführung und Abrechnung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping und dem Service
Das bringen Sie mit:
Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zuverlässigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Erfahrung an der Rezeption eines Hotels ist wünschenswert
