## Deine Aufgaben

  • Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten und E-Mails
  • Organisation und Koordination des Empfangsbereichs
  • Posteingang und -ausgang sowie interne Verteilung
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Terminverwaltung und Vorbereitung für die Geschäftsführung
  • Zugangskontrolle und Ansprechpartnerfunktion im Haus
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung im Büromanagement

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Outlook, Grundkenntnisse Excel)
  • Freundliches, verbindliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Abstimmung der Arbeitszeiten
  • Auch für Berufseinsteiger geeignet
