## Empfangskraft (m/w/d)

  • Für unseren Kunden in Cuxhaven suchen wir Dich als Empfangskraft (m/w/d).
  • Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Do: 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr - Fr: 08:00 - 14:00 Uhr

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Entgegennahme und Vermittlung von Telefongesprächen in deutscher Sprache
  • Betreuung des Empfangsbereiches; erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Lieferanten, Dienstleister und Gäste des Unternehmens
  • Annahme des Posteingangs und interne Postverteilung
  • Koordination des Postausgangs, Frankierservice, Ansprechpartner für diverse Versanddienstleister (Post, DHL, u.a.)

## DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Administrator (m/w/d) o.ä.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Englisch und EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
