  • Wir sind eine Praxis für Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie und Logopädie in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Für unser Team suchen wir eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen am Empfang.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefondienst und Ansprechperson für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Patientenaufnahme am Empfang
  • Patientenadministration
  • Terminplanung in THEORG
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Freundliches, ruhiges Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent und Überblick, auch wenn viel los ist
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC; Erfahrung mit THEORG
  • Erfahrung im Praxis- oder Gesundheitsbereich wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
