Wir suchen für unsere Hertener Praxis zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Empfangskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (23Std./Woche) aus umliegenden Ortschaften ( Wohnort Herten ist aus Datenschutzgründen nicht möglich ).
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- -Telefondienst
- -Terminorganisation
- -Patientenverwaltung, -empfang
- -Abrechnung, Rechnungsstellung, Buchführung
- -Schreibdienst
- Unsere praxisorganisatorischen Anforderungen:
- -gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- -gute EDV-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Word, ggf. Excel)
- -technisches Verständnis (PC, Drucker, Fax, Digitale Medien etc.)
- -selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- -freundliches Auftreten, Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen, Teamfähigkeit
Die Teilzeitstelle ist mit 23 Wochenstunden an 4 Arbeitstagen zu besetzten. Die Kernarbeitszeit liegt im Vormittagsbereich.
Die Vergütung und Zusatzleistung erfolgt nach Qualifikation.
