Mitarbeiter/in für den Empfang gesucht (m/w/d)

Für unsere Hausarztpraxis Dr. Kassoumeh in Neuravensburg suchen wir ab sofort eine freundliche und zuverlässige Unterstützung für den Empfang (22 Std./Woche, nur vormittags).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • • Patientenempfang und -betreuung
  • • Terminvergabe und Terminorganisation
  • • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Gerne auch Quereinsteiger/innen mit Erfahrung im Service- oder Bürobereich (z. B. Bürokaufleute, Hotelfachkräfte, Kaufleute im Einzelhandel oder Verwaltungsmitarbeiter/innen). EDV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
