Für unsere urologische Arztpraxis in Mörlenbach suchen wir eine freundliche und zuverlässige Mitarbeiterin zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an der Anmeldung (gerne auch m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Telefonannahme und Terminvergabe
  • Organisation und Koordination des Praxisablaufs
  • Pflege von Patientendaten und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei einem reibungslosen Ablauf der Sprechstunde

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung am Empfang, idealerweise in einer Arzt- oder Facharztpraxis
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Telefon und Computer
  • Diskretion und ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Patientendaten

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) ist willkommen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
