Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Empfangskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a.

  • Telefonzentrale Gespräche annehmen/ weiterleiten
  • Besucher empfangen/ begleiten
  • Besprechungszimmer reservieren/bearbeiten
  • Post Leerung/ Überprüfung/ Sortieren/ Verteilen
  • Büromaterial Ausgabe/ Verwaltung
  • Poolfahrzeuge Koordination Firmenwagen/Reparaturen veranlassen, Reinigung veranlassen
  • E-Mail Bearbeitung

Ihr Profil:

  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • gepflegtes Äußeres
  • kontaktfreudig
  • sicheres Auftreten

Arbeitszeit: Frühschicht: 7:30 - 11:30 Uhr und Mittelschicht: 11:30 - 14 Uhr
