# Für unser freundliches und modernes Steuerbüro im Dortmunder Süden suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und organisierte Empfangskraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Arbeitszeiten:

Montag bis Freitag, (9.00-17.00 Uhr , leichte Abweichung nach Absprache möglich)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonannahme und Weiterleitung von Gesprächen
  • Terminvergabe
  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Mandanten
  • Scannen und digitale Erfassung der Post
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten am Empfang

### Ihr Profil:

  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer
