  • Wir sind ein Physiotherapie-Unternehmen mit mittlerweile zwei Praxen in Leer und Umgebung und suchen für unseren Standort in Leer eine/n
  • REZEPTIONSMITARBEITER (m/w/d)
  • Teilzeit 10-15 Stunden in den Abendstunden!
  • Zuständigkeiten / Aufgaben:
  • Die Praxis in Leer besteht seit 2011. Die Rezeption ist von Montag bis Donnerstag von 7.45 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr und Freitag von 7.45 Uhr bis 13.30 Uhr besetzt. Zu den Zuständigkeiten gehören organisatorische Aufgaben im Praxisalltag, vor allem
  • Terminplanung (persönlich, telefonisch und per e-mail)
  • freundlicher Empfang unserer Patienten
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der einzelnen Behandlungen
  • Vorbereitung der Abrechnung der Physiotherapie-Rezepte
  • (bei Interesse auch Einarbeitung in die Heilmittel-Richtlinien und Abrechnung)
  • Voraussetzungen:
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität (Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Vertretungsschichten im Urlaub oder Krankheitsfall), Erfahrung mit dem Therapie-Organisationsprogramm THEORG erwünscht, aber nicht zwingend nötig.
