Wir suchen Unterstützung für unsere orthopädischen Praxis in Großhansdorf.

JA, und da könnten Sie uns am Telefon, Empfang oder im Backoffice sehr gut helfen. Es müssten Termine für die Patienten, Kunden oder sagen wir: Gäste organisiert werden. Am wichtigsten ist dabei eine zugewandtes Ansprache und souveränes Auftreten. Alles andere organisieren wir im Team oder kann gelernt werden.

Die gemeinsame Arbeit versuchen wir mit den Familienzeiten und -bedürfnissen als Ganzes zu sehen. Die Bezahlung ist über dem Tarif und wird, wenn gewünscht, zusätzlich leistungsabhängig vergütet. Bei uns ist Erfolg Teamsache: Wir schätzen den Einsatz jedes Einzelnen und lassen Sie direkt daran teilhaben. Deshalb gehört ein attraktives Bonus- und Gratifikationssystem für alle Mitarbeitenden fest zu unserer Kultur.
