Unser ****Arvena Kongress Hotel in Bayreuth ist eines von fünf familiengeführten Arvena Hotels in Franken. Mit 196 komfortablen Hotelzimmern, 14 Tagungsräumen für bis zu 700 Personen, Hotelbar und Restaurant sind wir das größte Hotel in Oberfranken. Uns kommt es nicht darauf an, wie viel Berufserfahrung Sie haben, sondern wie groß Ihre Leidenschaft für den Beruf ist. Bei uns treffen „alte Hasen“ und „junges Gemüse“ aufeinander. Eine tolle Mischung, die sich bereits seit 25 Jahren in unserer Arvena-Familie bewährt.

Wen suchen wir?

  • Sie sind der geborene Gastgeber und haben stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen?
  • Als Empfangsmitarbeiter/ -in sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste. Im Team unterstützen Sie unsere Empfangsleitung, sind für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäftes mitverantwortlich und haben folgende Aufgaben:
  • Check-In
  • Check-Out
  • Aneignung umfassender Kenntnisse über Zimmerkategorien und -preise
  • Kassenführung
  • Anleitung der Auszubildenden
  • Pflege der Gästekorrespondenz
  • Reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses
