Für unsere physiotherapeutische Praxis in Idstein suchen wir ab sofort eine:n

## Empfangsmitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) - 15-20h

### für unsere physiotherapeutische Praxis

## Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Ein herzliches, dynamisches und aufgeschlossenes Team
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung in alle Abläufe und Softwareprogramme (u. a. THEORG, IntraTool)
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit netten Patient:innen und Kund:innen
  • Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache
  • (aktuell gesucht: Unterstützung in den Nachmittagsschichten bis 19:00 Uhr und Freitags)
  • Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung möglich

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher Erstkontakt mit Patient:innen und Kund:innen – telefonisch, per E-Mail und vor Ort
  • Terminplanung und -vergabe
  • Arbeiten mit der Praxissoftware THEORG
  • Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Rezepten
  • Vorbereitende Abrechnung mit Krankenkassen und externen Abrechnungsstellen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und buchhalterische Tätigkeiten

## Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in einer physiotherapeutischen Praxis
  • (alternativ in einer Arztpraxis, im Hotelbereich oder am Empfang)
  • Erfahrung mit der Software THEORG
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Organisationsgeschick und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
