  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie
  • Entsprechende Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung und im Beschwerdemanagement
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den direkten Gästekontakt
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Branchensoftware Tourismus oder Gastgewerbe von Vorteil

-> auch für Quereinsteiger_innen mit Gastronomieerfahrung

  • Aufgaben:
  • Gästebetreuung, Check-in der Gäste & Check-out der Gäste
  • Erledigung der Hotelkorrespondenz
  • Zimmereinteilung
  • Anlaufstelle für Wünsche, Fragen und Beschwerden während des Aufenthalts für die Gäste
  • Erstellung der Endabrechnung bei der Abreise
  • Entgegennahme von Buchungen und Zimmerreservierungen
  • E-Mail- und Telefonverkehr
  • Verwaltung der Gästedateien
  • Bei uns erwartet Sie:
  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung
  • bei einer 5-Tage-Woche
  • Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung
  • Saison- oder Jahresanstellung
  • Verpflegung und Unterkunft kostenlos
