  • Persönliche, telefonische und schriftliche Auskunftserteilung
  • Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und gepflegten Empfangsbereichs

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rezeption, Empfang oder Gästebetreuung von Vorteil
  • der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse und weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Gästeorientierung
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
