Ihre Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Gästekommunikation, Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Anliegen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren verschiedenen Hotelbereichen

  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und an der Arbeit im Team
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung an der Hotelrezeption von Vorteil
