  • Herzliche Begrüßung und Registrierung der Gäste am Empfang
  • Ausgabe der Eintrittskarten und Begrüßungsjetons, Mitarbeit in der Jeton- und Münzkassa sowie eigenverantwortliche Führung der Bargeldkasse
  • Information der Gäste hinsichtlich der vorhandenen Spielangebote und Promotions
  • Auszahlen von Jackpots und Erstellen der Tagesabrechnung
  • Beratung der Gäste bezüglich lokalem Spielangebot, Standort der verschiedenen Geräte etc.
  • Überwachen des Automatenbereichs am Floor
  • Serviceorientiertes, aktives Betreuen unserer Gäste im Spiel- und Barbereich
  • Zubereitung und Service von Getränken und kleinen Speisen am Floor mit Inkasso
  • Dein Einsatz im Team
  • Absolvierte Tourismusausbildung/Gastronomieerfahrung von Vorteil oder motivierte Quereinsteiger
  • Herzlichkeit am Gast, kommunikativ und serviceorientiert
  • Freude an erstklassiger Gästebetreuung und die Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen
  • Sicheres und eloquentes Auftreten
  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus (weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse willkommen)
  • Bereitschaft für flexible Schichtdienste (Montag bis Sonntag sowie feiertags zwischen 10:00 und 04:00 Uhr)
