  • Gemeinsam mit dem Rezeptionsteam, bestehend aus 6 Mitarbeiter_innen, sind Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption verantwortlich. Sie sind Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Gäste und haben noch folgende, weitere Aufgaben:
  • Check in und Begrüßung der Gäste
  • Check out mit Rechnungslegung und Kassaführung
  • Schreiben des Tagesmenüs, Erstellung der Morgenpost
  • Korrespondenzbearbeitung
  • Reservierungsannahme
  • Telefondienst
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung an einer Hotel Rezeption in der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • Sprachkenntnisse D/E/F oder I
  • Teamgeist
  • Wir bieten
