  • QUALIFIKATION:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie und/oder Praxis Rezeptionsbereich,
  • gerne auch mit Praxis aus dem Bürobereich
  • Englisch zur Konversation
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch Niveau B1/C
  • AUFGABENGEBIET:
  • Individuelle Gästebetreuung
  • Telefonische oder schriftliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Angebotslegung und Reservierungen
  • Telefonischer Verkauf
  • Rechnungslegungen, Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehr
  • gute Computerkenntnissen
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Stressresistenz
  • für diese Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
  • WIR BIETEN:
  • Teilzeit mit 20 Wochenstunden
  • geregelte Arbeitszeiten, angepasst an die Hotellerie
  • Entlohnung nach KV und Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung;
