  • Gäste Check-in und Check-out
  • Angebots- und Buchungsabwicklung
  • Kassaführung und Anzahlungsverwaltung
  • Telefon- und E-Mailkorrespondenz
  • Empfang, Auskunft und Beratung der Gäste
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Beschwerdemanagement
  • Wartung und Pflege von Buchungsplattformen
  • Betreuung von Social Media
  • Arbeit mit dem Gästemeldesystem

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder in vergleichbaren Positionen von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
  • Überblick auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Offene und gewinnende Persönlichkeit sowie entsprechende Umgangsformen
  • Gäste empfangen (BIS-Kompetenz)
