Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine freundliche und motivierte Persönlichkeit für unsere Rezeption in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen
  • Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

  • Voll- oder Teilzeitstelle (ab ca. 20 Wochenstunden, wir sind flexibel!)
