Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

  • Herzliche Betreuung unserer Gäste während ihres Aufenthaltes
  • Check-in: Begrüßung und Information der neu angekommender Gäste
  • Check-out: korrekte Rechnungserstellung, Rechnungskontrolle, Verabschiedung unserer Gäste
  • Reservierung am Telefon und vor Ort
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Kontrolle der Tageskasse
  • Karteipflege: ständige Aktualisierung unserer Gästedaten
  • Kommunikationsschnittpunkt zu anderen Abteilungen
  • Ordnung und Organisation im Front- und Backoffice
