  • Aufgaben:
  • Gästebetreuung bei Ankunft und Abreise
  • Anlaufstelle für Wünsche ,Fragen und Beschwerden während des Aufenthalts für die Gäste
  • Entgegennahme von Buchungen und Zimmerreservierungen
  • E-Mail- und Telefonverkehr
  • Verwaltung der Gästedateien
  • Betreuung aller Social Media Kanäle vom Unternehmen
  • Content Erstellung für die Social Media Plattformen (Foto & Video)
  • Wenn Sie folgende Kompetenzen mitbringen, sind Sie bei uns richtig:
  • Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung Gästebetreuung Rezeption oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für E-Mailkorrespondenz- und Telefonate werden erwartet
  • Englischkenntnisse zur Verständigung von Vorteil
  • Gute MS Office Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie Freude an der Gästebetreuung
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst
  • Telefonierkompetenz
  • Freundlichkeit
  • Privat-PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes erforderlich
  • Wir bieten:
