### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herzlicher Empfang sowie Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben an der Hotelrezeption
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping und allen Abteilungen

### Das bringst du mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Serviceorientierung
  • Englische Grundkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und ein souveräner Umgang mit Stresssituationen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
