ein/e Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit 
Ihre Beschäftigung erfolgt in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Stunden wöchentlich.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Freundlicher Empfang der Patienten und Patientinnen
- Anmeldung und Erfassung persönlichen Daten
- Ansprechpartner/in für Fragen rund um den Praxisablauf
- Terminvergabe und Terminmanagement
Sie haben folgendes Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) oder Quereinsteiger/in aus der Hotellerie willkommen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
- Grundkenntnisse in der medizinischen Dokumentation und EDV
- Freundliches Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
