### Deine Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-in und Check-out
  • Telefon- und E-Mail-Bearbeitung
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

### Dein Profil

  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Service- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Hotelbereich wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Systemen
