Für unser 4 Sterne Superior Hotel in Cochem suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) motivierte(n) Empfangs- & Reservierungsmitarbeiter (m/w/d).

  • Voraussetzung:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Reisebranche und bringst ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, eine freundliche Ausstrahlung sowie gute Umgangsformen mit.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • täglicher Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste
  • zentraler Ansprechpartner der Gästewünsche
  • korrekte Kassenführung
  • Telefonannahme und Weiterleitung an die jeweiligen Abteilungen
  • Entgegennahme von Reservierungen und Eingabe in das Reservierungssystem Protel
  • Betreuung des Live Chats unserer Webseite
  • Beantwortung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen
