Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Spaß daran hat Gäste zu verwöhnen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet ist die Hotelrezeption. Es wäre natürlich von Vorteil, wenn Sie schon in diesen Bereich im Hotel Erfahrung gesammelt haben. Vielleicht sogar eine Ausbildung im Hoteldach vorweisen können. In unser Haus kommen viele Stammgäste und Sie arbeiten in einem tollen Team.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung / Aufgaben:

  • An- und Abreiseformalitäten der Gäste, Rechnungserstellung
  • Entgegennahme von Reservierungen und Bestätigungen schreiben in deutsch und englisch
  • Überprüfung des Reservierungssystems
  • Wahrnehmung aller anderen, im Geschäftsverlauf anfallenden Arbeiten

We are looking for a personality who enjoys spoiling guests.

Your area of responsibility is the hotel reception. It would be advantageous if you have already gained experience in this area. Many regular guests come to our house and you work in a great team.

Activity description / tasks:

  • Guests' check-in and check-out formalities, invoicing Receiving reservations and writing confirmations in German and English
  • Review of the reservation system
  • Performing all other work in the course of business
