Gastgeber:in mit Blick fürs Detail - Sie empfangen nationale und internationale Gäste professionell und schaffen vom ersten Moment an eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Reibungsloser Ablauf - Sie verantworten Check-in und Check-out und gehen souverän mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen um.

Schichtverantwortung - Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf Ihrer Schicht sicher und behalten auch in lebhafteren Situationen den Überblick.

Organisation & Koordination - Sie erfassen Individual- und Gruppenreservierungen im System und übernehmen den dazugehörigen Schriftverkehr.

Kommunikation - Sie führen eine freundliche, serviceorientierte Gästekorrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

Wissen weitergeben - Sie arbeiten neue Kolleg:innen sowie Auszubildende ein und unterstützen diese beim selbstständigen Arbeiten am Empfang.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

Background - Abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung

Erfahrung - Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

Sprachen - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Know-how - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängiger Hotel- und Gastronomiesoftware

Arbeitsweise - Selbstbewusst, strukturiert und verantwortungsvoll

Mindset - Hohe Serviceorientierung, Proaktivität und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und im Team
