5 Tage Woche

Aufgabengebiet:

Kontrolle der Erledigung aller gängigen Empfangsaufgaben wie Check in/out, Erfüllen der Gästewünsche, Reparaturaufträge etc.
Ausbau und Pflege von Kontakten bei bestehenden Kunden
Führen von persönlichen und telefonischen Verkaufsgesprächen mit Kunden
Erledigung der üblichen Korrespondenz
Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen im möglichen Rahmen
Weitergabe von Informationen und Anfragen an die betreffende Abteilung
Unmittelbare Unterrichtung der Empfangsleitung über besondere Vorkommnisse
Kassenführung inklusive Abschluss
