Empfang und Begrüßung unserer Kunden und die entsprechende Vermittlung an die zuständige Abteilung

Service- und Termindisposition für die Werkstatt und Verkauf

Das Führen der Kasse und sowie die damit verbundenen Buchungen von Belegen

Schreiben von Rechnungen und Aufträgen

Anlegen von PKWs und Ersatzteilen

Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten

Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent

Ihr Profil:

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Gute Umgangsformen, sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten

Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

PKW-Führerschein

Arbeitsumfang:
