Empfangsmitarbeiter / Schalterkraft (m/w/d)

für die LKW Pforte des Standorts.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begrüßung der LKW Fahrer an der Pforte
  • Prüfen und digitalisieren der Frachtpapiere
  • Teilweise überprüfen von Plombierungen an den LKW
  • Anmeldung der Fahrer an den Anlagen und Erklärung des Weges auf dem Gelände
  • Begleitung der Fahrer beim Checkout

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann, Speditionskaufmann oder vergleichbar ( jeweils m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Berufskraftfahrern
  • Ruhige und sachliche Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office und SAP
  • Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, zusätzliche Fremdsprachen sind gerne gesehen
