- Gäste herzlich empfangen und betreuen
- Check in/Check out
- Reservierungen annehmen und bearbeiten
- Kassenführung sowie Kassenabrechnung
- Telefon- und Emailverkehr bearbeiten
- Organisation der Ab- und Anreisen
- Das bringen Sie mit
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/-mann oder Berufserfahrung im Empfangsbereich
- sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Belastbarkeit
- Kenntnisse der gängigen PC- Programme
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen wünschenswert aber nicht Bedingung)
