Unser Kunde in Eitorf  sucht einen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begrüßung und Verabschiedung der Besucher
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und -ausgangs
  • Bestellungen sowie Verwaltung und Ausgabe von Büromaterial
  • Ausgabe von Arbeitskleidung für den gewerblichen Bereich

Folgendes Profil ist wünschenswert:

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freundliches, offenes Auftreten
  • Gute Umgangsformen
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
