Für unser herzliches und professionelles Empfangsteam in den Sapia Hotels in Bad Säckingen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Gästekontakt und einem Blick für das Detail.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste mit einem Lächeln
  • Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Front Office
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen im Haus

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung am Hotelempfang oder in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil – aber kein Muss
  • Gute Deutsch- und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gastgebermentalität, Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hotelsoftwaresystemen oder Bereitschaft, sich einzuarbeiten
